Founded in 2020 by Carla and Richard Hay — educators, creators, and parents — SPARKGROUNDS grew from a shared belief that children learn best through real experiences and joyful curiosity. Our programs nurture problem-solving, teamwork, and self-expression, empowering students to thrive in a constantly evolving world.
All children must engage with science, technology, engineering, art, math, and robotics, and be given ample experience with each subject.

Serving Central Florida, SparkGrounds partners with homeowners associations to bring engaging, hands-on STEM, robotics, 3D printing, science, and art experiences directly to your community spaces. From weekly classes to one-day workshops and special events, we create meaningful opportunities for Pre-K to 12th grade children to learn, build, and connect—right in their own neighborhood.
We offer flexible partnership models to fit your community: programs can be hosted as resident-paid classes with a revenue share to the HOA, or fully sponsored by the HOA as a direct amenity. Every session is led by experienced, background-checked instructors who specialize in hands-on, age-appropriate learning.
