We work hard to deliver high-quality products and services, but we can't be held responsible for things beyond our control—like shipping delays, third-party services, or how someone uses our products once they arrive.

We design our kits and products to spark curiosity, creativity, and safe hands-on learning. But like all educational tools and DIY materials, they must be used responsibly.

• Adult Supervision Is Required. Many of our kits include small parts, electronics, or materials that are not safe for unsupervised use by children. It is the responsibility of the parent, guardian, or supervising adult to oversee all activities and ensure that children are using the kits appropriately.
• Choking and Swallowing Hazards Exist. Some items may include small components like button batteries, wires, magnets, or plastic parts that can pose risks if swallowed or used improperly. These must be kept away from small children and never left unattended.
• Follow the Instructions. We provide clear instructions and safety guidance with every kit. Misuse, modification, or deviation from those directions increases risk and voids any responsibility on our end.
• You're Responsible for Use. SPARKGROUNDS is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. This includes improper handling, failure to supervise, ignoring instructions, or using components for unintended purposes.
• No Guarantees for Third-Party Use. If our kits or components are combined with third-party products or altered in any way, we can't guarantee safety or function.

We're here to support you in making safe, fun, and enriching experiences—but we count on you to use good judgment and caution along the way.

That said, if something goes wrong, just reach out. We believe in fixing things fairly and respectfully.

Termination
