Unlease your child's engineering, program, and robotic design potential with our VEX IQ Camp! Campers will embark on an exciting journey into the world of robotics, designing, building, and programming their very own VEX IQ bots. Through hands-on projects, they’ll explore the fundamentals of robot mechanics and discover how to create efficient, high-performing machines.

As the week progresses, campers will dive into programming with Python, learning to control their bots with precision and even integrate artificial intelligence to take their creations to the next level. Whether they’re solving complex challenges or refining their designs, this camp offers the perfect blend of creativity, technology, and problem-solving for future innovators!

After enrolling, parents or guardians will be sent a liability release that includes expectations and rules. That document must be returned before the first camp session. Partial, pro-rated refunds are always provided should a child unenroll before the end of the summer camp.

This camp is approved for the PEP and FES scholarships and can be purchased here or directly on the Step Up website.

The Typical Camp Day
8:00-9:00am: Drop Off & Free Create
9:00-9:30am: Group Activities
9:30-10:00am: Instruction
10:00-12:00pm: Work on Projects
12:00-12:30pm: Lunch (Bring-Your-Own or Purchase in Advance)
12:30-2:00pm: Park or Playground Time
2:00-3:30pm: Work on Projects
3:30-4:30pm: Free Create
4:30-5:30pm: Pick Up
