This week-long summer camp is an exciting opportunity for young innovators to dive into the world of robotics and programming. Campers will begin by learning the basics of robotics, focusing on spherical Sphero robots, and exploring how these fascinating devices operate. Through hands-on sessions, participants will build and customize their robots, equipping them with unique capabilities. They’ll start programming using block-based coding, perfect for beginners, before transitioning to Python programming, where they’ll learn to write advanced scripts to control their robots’ movements and behaviors.

The camp will culminate in a series of thrilling robotic challenges designed to test creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. From obstacle courses and maze navigation to precision tasks and head-to-head competitions, these challenges will keep campers engaged and motivated. With guidance from experienced instructors and plenty of time for collaboration, participants will not only enhance their technical skills but also develop confidence, communication, and a passion for STEM. This camp promises an unforgettable week of innovation and fun!

After enrolling, parents or guardians will be sent a liability release that includes expectations and rules. That document must be returned before the first camp session. Partial, pro-rated refunds are always provided should a child unenroll before the end of the summer camp.
