Design. Build. Invent. Every Week Is a New Adventure in Creativity!
Looking for a hands-on program where your child can unleash their imagination and build real-world skills? Welcome to Makerspace Inventors' Club—a dynamic workshop where students in 2nd–12th grade meet every other week to dive into exciting challenges in science, engineering, 3D printing, and design.
Unlike traditional classes, Makerspace Workshops are open-format sessions built around weekly challenges—not lectures. With guidance from SPARKGROUNDS staff, students work independently or in teams to solve creative problems, invent new devices, and bring bold ideas to life using tools like 3D printers, circuits, woodshop materials, and more.
No two sessions are ever the same—and every project is designed to grow with your child’s age, interests, and experience level. This workshop is perfect for tinkerers, artists, inventors, and problem-solvers of all kinds. Whether your child is interested in building structures, coding animations, or crafting one-of-a-kind inventions, they’ll find a space to thrive and grow at SPARKGROUNDS.
This workshop is designed for ages 8 through 17. Guardians are required to complete our waiver before the first club meeting. All events are led by professionally trained and insured staff who have passed a Level 2 background check. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time simply by emailing support@sparkgrounds.com and prorated refunds are always provided automatically.
All SPARKGROUNDS events are available through Florida's STEP UP FES-EO and PEP scholarships. Find events in the Marketplace by selecting "find providers" and searching for "SPARKGROUNDS."
