The Running & Movement Club brings kids, teens, and families together for fun, low-pressure workouts built around the simple joy of moving your body. Whether you love to run, prefer to walk, or just enjoy being active outdoors, this bi-weekly club makes movement feel exciting, social, and accessible for everyone.

We believe the laughter that naturally comes from running isn’t just for preschoolers -- it’s something everyone should get to keep. Each session focuses on enjoyment over competition, creating a space where participants support one another, try new things at their own pace, and celebrate what their bodies can do.
All ages are welcome -- preschool through high school, with adults encouraged to participate. No one needs to be a “runner.” Kids, teens, and grown-ups can run, jog, walk, or move in whatever way feels comfortable. Parents and guardians must accompany younger members (with older teens participating independently), building a positive, multi-age community where everyone belongs.

This event requires a different waiver than other SPARKGROUNDS events! Guardians are required to complete our event-specific waiver before the first club meeting. All events are led by professionally trained and insured staff who have passed a Level 2 background check. Students can withdraw from a class series at any time simply by emailing us and prorated refunds are always provided automatically.
